Hillsboro 2035 Community Plan

Hillsboro 2035 Community Plan
publication design, brand identity/ logo design

Congratulations to our long-time clients at the city of Hillsboro! The Hillsboro 2035 Community Plan was recognized by the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) and presented with the 2016 Organization of the Year award. The long-standing visioning program serves as a model of public participation throughout the United States and abroad.

Mad Bird Design has worked with Hillsboro on a wide range of projects to support community engagement, and we were fortunate enough to design both of the award-winning vision’s publications. The current Hillsboro 2035 Community Plan built on the successful legacy of the Hillsboro 2020 Vision and Action Plan (IAP2 Project of the Year, 2002). The Plan represents three years of extensive citizen outreach, direct work by over 60 stakeholders, and input and ideas from over 5,000 community members.
